Early Bird Club is our school's club that opens to children before the school gates open for the school day. It runs from 07:30 - 08:30 on Monday to Friday. All information regarding booking a place for Early Bird Club can be found in the documents below.
At St Ignatius, we try to provide a wide range of extra-curricular clubs for children to attend outside of regular school hours. The clubs available change every term to ensure a wide variety of opportunities for all children to enjoy.
Below you will find the current After School Club Timetable that will provide an overview of what clubs are currently on offer, which age groups they apply to and the dates the club will be on. This timetable is updated each term and when there are any changes to dates of when clubs are on.
To book a place on an after school club, you will need to make payment online via Scopay. If payment is accepted, then your child has a place in the after school club. Due to the high demand, places will be given on a first come, first served basis.
Excluding clubs run by external providers, there will be a small number of spaces reserved for families eligible for Pupil Premium who might struggle to meet the payment. If you are eligible and feel you cannot meet the payment in full but
would like your child to join the activity contact the school via
pupilpremium@st-ignatius.surrey.sch.uk INSTEAD of booking a space on ScoPay.
As with any after school activity, all children need to comply with the code of conduct. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer of a place.
Remind your child to follow adult instructions at all times.
Make sure your child understands that they are responsible for their own belongings.
Always be on time to collect your child.
DO NOT use the school staff car park to collect your child/children. You will be asked to remove your car if found in the car park.
Make sure you inform the coach / club leader of any change that may affect your child’s safety / enjoyment.
The club leader reserves the right to remove any child from the activity if rules are not followed, or if they are not collected promptly.
Remember to ask your child about the activity they have been doing.
