Achieving our best by learning together and serving one another.
We aim to:
· achieve excellence for all
· be ‘for others’
· find God in all things
· build the Kingdom
· laugh and grow strong
All for the greater glory of God
Our mission statement is taken from the words of St. Ignatius.
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.”
Matthew 9:14
At St Ignatius we ensure that we place strong emphasis on the whole child, supporting their spiritual, moral and emotional development as well as their academic attainment.
We help our children to develop and grow in love and faith, grounded in Catholic values, teaching and traditions, which are also reflected by our staff.
Each month we will focus on a different Catholic value. We will have dedicated collective worship and links to topics to support this value.
We also have a values tree in our hall, celebrating children who have exemplified this value in school by hanging their names written on leaves upon the tree.
